Push the door of our crêperie, certified "Crêperie gourmande"

Right in the core of Dinan’s old part and its timber-framed houses, our young staff will greet you in a building of the 18th century. Welcoming and dynamic, we will be happy to give you advices throughout your meal, thanks to our great knowledge of our menu’s products, as much to their provenience as the methods used to produce them. We will also be able to advise you on touristic matters related to the city and the region so you can fully enjoy your trip in our lovely region.

At the head of a team rising up to 14 men and women in summer, permanent post holders, trainees and seasonal workers, Gilles Bouexiere created the crêperie La Bigoudène in early 2005 and trained his team in conformance with his values. Passionate about his job and continuously searching for new recipes, ideas and trends, he always seeks to surround himself with the best partners. What’s more, he likes to establish a special link with his customers to better meet their expectations.


So as to promote the Breton cuisine, Gilles regularly participates to food events as the agricultural show in Paris, the contest for the best crêpe maker of Brittany and the "Toques et Saveurs" show in Dinan.
