Creperies certified "creperie gourmande":
- are specialists of the Breton crêpe;
- offer a large range of galettes and crêpes;
- galettes and crêpes represent a 75% of their menu;
- prepare their galettes and crepes on the spot;
- open their establishment at least 8 months per year;
- count on a crêpe cook with advance technical training and a good knowledge of local and regional products.
The certification label is provided for a three-year period, after going through an audit made by an independent organism.
The "Quality Tourisme" certificate was introduced by the French government in 2005 to reward the quality of service of professionals and institutions from the tourism industry. Therefore, customers can be fully confident in these establishments’ high level quality of service.
