Every single day, since 2005, we try and find new recipes so as to bring good food to our clients’ tables. Striven by naturalness, we always intend to shine a light on Breton culture. To do so, we work with local producers: flours the Mills of Quincampoix and of Charbonnière, the "Andouille" from Brittany, Bouchot mussels from Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer, scallops from Erquy and many others…
